Where and When

The event will begin at 9:00 AM Saturday June 18 2016. It will be a "Team of 2" Crossfit competition for the masters category (40 years of age and up); the first of its kind in Quebec. Each two person team must consist of two men or two women. There will not be any registration fees for athletes to participate, but they are expected to raise $250.00 in total donations. Registrations will be individual but your team name and team partner need to be indicated on the registration form. Donations can be made here and designated to the Crush Cancer Competition (Thoracic surgery), Athletes name should be entered in the comment box of the form.

The competition will run from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, then during the evening starting at 6:00 PM we will have a social (at the same facility where the competition was held) with music, food, and drinks to announce the winners, announce our total donations and have an all-round fun time! Entrance to the social is $40.00 which will help cover costs of the food and drinks and left over monies will be donated to the foundation.
